I will not return to this branch, one day I went and told the individual who was giving permission to enter that I had an appointment and he told me to wait a moment and when he told me to come in I had already passed my appointment time, (I was with seven minutes in favor) even the person who gives the tickets told me that my time was already up, I got quite upset, I didn't get upset of course, I explained my situation and in the end he gave me a ticket, anyway I thought they weren't going to give me ticket and therefore not assisting me... I dedicate the only star to the person who assisted me at the window, very cordial and friendly, he even said good afternoon to me.

I had read very bad references but the truth is that they impressed me with how quickly and efficiently they attended to me; thank you very much to the staff 👍💕🙏 I was satisfied with my visit. #marianosanc

I arrived at 8:50 am and there was already a line to enter with an executive. They pass me at 9:30 am and the line inside (of 6 people) never moved. I realized that the line does not move forward because at the counter they pass people directly to executives and that is why those of us who have been trained for hours do not attend to us. They should also train those at the counter to enable. I left the bank without being attended to at 11 am. And they still didn't serve anyone in my row. Very poorly organized, terrible!

By far the worst branch I have ever visited. Since you arrive there is no one outside to ask questions. After 1 hour standing in line, and after asking 2 people who are supposed to work there, they come out saying that they can't solve it because my procedure is with an executive, and that I have to go out and stand in line again. They could have said that from the beginning, I don't know if they only have the one at the entrance as decoration, because it is of no use to solve it. INEPT ALL of their staff. IT IS URGENT TO TRAIN THEM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
